Our Dental Department is available to patients of all ages and provides comprehensive, quality dental care. We have an exceptionally skilled and compassionate team who are committed to providing you and your family with the best possible care at affordable prices.

Services offered include examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventive dental care. Root canal therapies and crowns are also provided as a way to restore severely decayed or fractured teeth. Our dentists can also rebuild smiles by replacing missing teeth with bridgework, removable partial dentures, and full dentures.

We have an excellent pediatric dental program that builds a foundation for a lifetime of healthy and beautiful smiles! Our pediatric dental suites allow us to provide care to children in a relaxed and fun-filled atmosphere that promotes prevention of cavities and oral health education.

Julie Vavruska, DMD

General Dentistry
Director, Dental Services

Although born in Illinois, Dr. Vavruska grew up in Martin County, Florida. An animal lover, she worked for many years as a veterinary technician before going to dental school. She enjoys outside activities like mountain biking. Other interests include painting, music and cheering her Florida Gators on to national championships.

She attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate studies in zoology and graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Thereafter she did a mini-residency in pediatric dentistry. At Thomas Langley she concentrates on dental care for children.


Margaret Mauricio, DDS

General Dentistry

Born and raised in Tampa, FL. Dr. Mauricio naturally routes for the Tampa Bay Bucs. She is married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Before coming to Thomas Langley Medical Center she worked both in private practice and with group practices. She began her dental career as a dental hygienist. Her undergraduate studies were done at the University of South Florida in Tampa, and she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.


C. Arnold Curington, DDS

General Dentistry

Dr. Curington comes to Langley after having a private dental practice in Dade City, Florida, for 37 years. He is married and has 3 daughters and one granddaughter. His hobbies include golf and bicycling.

Dr. Curington received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Florida, and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee.


Vanisia Harris-Grant, DMD

General Dentistry

Dr. Harris-Grant was born and raised in the small town of Warner Robins, Georgia. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Microbiology and Cell Science, and subsequently her Doctor of Dental Medicine, from the University of Florida.She is happily married to a fellow University of Florida graduate, and she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Vanisia also likes volunteering in her community, and cheering for the Florida Gators.


Suzanne Crenshaw, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Suzanne, who prefers to be called Suzi, was born and raised in Florida. She attended Pasco Hernando Community College, where she earned her Dental Hygiene Associate of Applied Science degree.

Suzanne enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, swimming, lobster fishing, and hunting. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.


Brenda LaVeigne, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Brenda LaVeigne is a dental hygienist who graduated from Santa Fe Community College in the year 2000. Brenda truly loves the practice of dental hygiene, and likes knowing she has improved the oral health of the patients she treats. She is married, has two children, and one grandchild. Brenda enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and friends.
