Project Health, Inc. (PHI) We have two convenient office locations to consider for employment. TELMC is located at 1389 S. US Hwy. 301 in Sumterville. FMC is located at 9305 SE Maricamp Road in Ocala. Openings listed on our website at this time will only reflect those available at the Sumterville location. Later in 2011 the FMC location will relocate and openings will then be posted for that site. Our employment application may be downloaded and faxed to Human Resources at 352-793-6269, to the attention of the HR Manager. At PHI, we are a "family"and care about our employees. TELMC participates in several volunteer programs with local area high schools, colleges and universities to offer medical-based internships and externships via contracts.
