Thomas E. Langley Medical Center (TELMC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Sumterville, Florida. A non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, TELMC offers comprehensive primary health care services regardless of income level.
Services at TELMC include Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Pediatric Endocrinology, Podiatry, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Dental, Urgent Care, X-ray / Imaging, and the Sumter County Healthy Start Program.
TELMC also offers education classes to the public that are free of charge, such as Quit Smoking Now and How to manage your Diabetes. Please contact Pam at 352.793.5900 ext. 2971 for more information on these classes. If you need minor emergency treatment, you can be treated in our Urgent Care Department. No appointment is needed. Our Urgent Care Department is also open from 8am – 2pm on Saturdays for your convenience.
Most major insurances such as Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United Health Care, and many others are accepted.
